Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes, the Developer plan is a pay-as-you-go plan. You will need to add a payment method to start using the API.
How does billing work?
Developer: Pay monthly for usage (tokens and scans), billed in arrears (end of month). Enterprise: Custom invoicing (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
What happens if I exceed spending limits?
You can set spending limits in your dashboard. We'll notify you at 80% usage. If you reach your limit, API requests will be rate limited until the end of the billing cycle or until you increase your limit.
Can I set spending limits?
Yes! Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps to control costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
Developer: All major credit cards. Enterprise: Cards, ACH, wire transfers.

Can I upgrade from Developer to Enterprise?

Billing adjusts automatically at your next billing cycle. You'll receive a prorated credit for unused time.

Developer: 10,000 requests/month (standard rate limiting). Enterprise: Custom limits based on your needs.
Where is data stored?
US-based servers by default. Enterprise customers can choose their data residency region.
Do you have an SLA?
Developer: 99.5% uptime. Enterprise: 99.95% uptime with financial penalties for breaches.
